This is not a tax calculation. LifeAtlas does not have a verified tax model yet. Use income after taxes, or gross income with your own assumption about withholdings. Rates of different taxes cannot be added together because they have different bases, so the amount is entered as a number or as a single percentage of gross that you set. The tax year, jurisdiction and eligibility conditions are up to you.
